# Settings overview

## What it does

**Settings** is where you configure shop-wide behavior. It's organized into tabs; you can deep-link to a tab with `?tab=<key>`. The tabs, in order:

| **Branding**              | Logo, brand name, description, and social links (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest)                                                                                             |
| **General**               | UTM tracking, auto-create custom links, auto-generate coupon on join, and other defaults                                                                                                                           |
| **Link & Coupon**         | Link and coupon tracking configuration                                                                                                                                                                             |
| **Payments**              | Payout methods offered to affiliates                                                                                                                                                                               |
| **Fraud Detection**       | Fraud-signal toggles (IP velocity, paid-ad traffic, etc.)                                                                                                                                                          |
| **Translations**          | Override portal strings (password reset, validation messages, …)                                                                                                                                                   |

## Common tasks

* **Match your brand** — Branding tab (logo, colors, social).
* **Enable UTM attribution in GA** — General tab.
* **Offer payout methods** — Payments tab (and provider credentials in Integrations).
* **Tighten fraud rules** — Fraud Detection tab; results surface on the **Fraud monitor** page.
* **Localize the portal** — Translations tab.
