# Referrals and payouts

> **Controlled preview:** The affiliate portal is not generally available in production. This page applies only to a shop explicitly admitted to the portal rollout. Live payout requests and payment execution are not approved for production use, and a universal server-side payout kill switch is not yet implemented. Do not move real money before the payout safety gate, verified denial evidence, review, and separate rollout approval are complete.

## Your referrals

The **Referrals** page lists every order attributed to you. Each row shows the Order, Date, Attribution (how you got credit), whether it's **Eligible**, its **Status**, and the **Commission**. Filter by status (Pending, Approved, Accepted, Paid, Rejected, Reversed, Refunded, Canceled) and by date range, then **Apply** or **Clear**.

If a referral is **Ineligible**, the row explains why (for example, a shipping-region restriction or a self-referral block). The info tips on the Eligible and Status columns define each state.

## Your payouts

The **Payouts** page shows what you've earned and what's been paid:

* **Pending payout amount** and **Paid to date**, plus counts of pending and paid entries.
* A **Payout history** table (Period, Status, Payable commissions, Created, Paid at, Amount). A failed payout shows guidance on what to do next.

### Request a payout after payout rollout approval

If your program allows self-serve payouts, a **Request payout** card shows your **Available to pay out** balance and a **Request payout** button. The button is only active once:

* you've added a payout method in **Settings** (a readiness check must pass),
* you have enough available balance to meet the program **minimum**, and
* you don't already have an open request.

If any condition isn't met, the card tells you what's missing. Set up **how** you get paid (PayPal, bank transfer, store credit, or other) under [Settings](https://github.com/wand-referrals-app/wand-referrals/tree/codex/gitbook-docs-foundation/docs/manual/portal/portal-settings/README.md).
