# Analytics and reports

## What it does

The **Analytics** page is your performance dashboard. It has up to four views, selected with the pills at the top of the page:

| View                  | What it shows                                             | Plan         |

| **Performance**       | KPIs, trends, and where your sales come from              | All plans    |
| **Top affiliates**    | A ranked table of your affiliates with exportable columns | All plans    |
| **Product analytics** | Which products your affiliates drive                      | Growth+      |
| **Cross-store**       | Aggregated KPIs across your linked stores                 | Professional |

The Product analytics and Cross-store views only appear when your plan (and, for Cross-store, linked sibling stores) unlock them.

## Filter the data

Every view honors the filter bar:

* **Date from / Date to** — the reporting window.
* **Program** — scope to one program or all.
* **Search** and a context filter (affiliate **Status** on Top affiliates, **Product** on Product analytics).
* **Network sales mode** — *Excluding* or *Including* downline (MLM) sales.

## Performance view

* **KPI cards:** Revenue, Commission, Average order value, and Top method.
* **Performance insights:** Referrals, Clicks, Conversion rate, Cost per click, ROI, and Cost per acquisition — each with a tooltip explaining the formula.
* **Sales trend:** an area chart of revenue and commission over the last 30 days.
* **Commission by tracking method:** a donut breaking down how commissions were attributed.
* **Referral sources:** a bar list — Affiliate link, Coupon, Connected customer, Connected product, Other.
* **Eligibility & restrictions** and **Geo restrictions by state** appear when you have restrictions configured (see [Geo restrictions & eligibility](https://github.com/wand-referrals-app/wand-referrals/tree/codex/gitbook-docs-foundation/docs/manual/programs/geo-and-eligibility/README.md)).

## Top affiliates view

A table with Affiliate name, Email, Clicks, Total referrals, Revenue, Commission, Restricted, Restricted revenue, and Last order. Use it to spot your strongest partners and anyone whose sales are being held or denied.

## Product analytics view *(Growth+)*

See total quantity and total sales per product driven by affiliates.

> **Private-beta readiness:** The page currently loads product analytics before applying the saved **Product analytics enabled** setting, and **Show on affiliate dashboard** has no affiliate-portal consumer. Treat both controls as readiness metadata, not operational access controls.

**Sync orders** currently records a `REQUESTED` marker only; automatic processing is disabled. It does not pull or refresh imported or headless order data yet.

## Cross-store view *(Professional)*

When you have linked sibling stores (see the **Multi-store** setting), this view rolls KPIs up across all of them and shows a store-comparison table.

## Export a report

On **Top affiliates** and **Product analytics**, use the export buttons to download **CSV**, **Excel**, or a printable **PDF**. Exports respect the current filters.
